I wonder why Federal said they are laying off workers at their ammo plant.

I ordered a small amount of Winchester Ranger ammo a month ago and I'm still waiting for it. [.40 and 9mm]

Your best bet is to not order and wait for it. You have to go out and find it yourself. I've found everything I have looked for. Sure, I've over payed on some boxes but I've also found some big deals to make up for my loses. The most important thing is I have what I want right now.
